Short version: $CONGRESS has no accounts, asks nothing about you and stores nothing about you. What happens on chain is public and permanent, and that is worth knowing before you copy a trade.
What we do not collect
There is no sign-up, no email, no profile and no password. We run no analytics, no tracking pixel and no advertising cookie. Our host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) for a short time, to run and protect the service.
Your wallet address
Connecting a wallet tells the page your public address, so it can read your balances and, after launch, check whether you hold enough $CONGRESS to copy. We do not store it on a server; it stays in your browser. Signing is always done by your wallet. The site never sees a private key or a seed phrase, and nobody at $CONGRESS will ever ask for one.
What the chain records
Robinhood Chain is a public ledger. A copied trade is a public transaction, tied to your address, visible to anyone on any block explorer, and it cannot be deleted by us or by anyone.
The Members' data
The reports shown here are public records, published by the Office of the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate. We show them as filed, with names as written and a link to each report. Beyond the reports we show only public official information: party, seat, committees and official portraits.
Third parties
Reading the chain sends requests to public Robinhood Chain RPC endpoints. After launch, the price of $CONGRESS may be read from a public market data service. WalletConnect is used only if you choose it to connect.
